Digital Signature Certificate (DSC)

A Digital Signature Certificate (DSC) is the electronic equivalent of a physical signature, offering authenticity, integrity, and security to online transactions. It is legally valid in India and is commonly used for activities such as Income Tax filing, MCA filings, Company or LLP registration, e-Tendering, and more.

There are three types of Digital Signature Certificates:

Class I – Used for securing email communication.

Class II – (Now merged with Class III) Previously used for filing forms with government departments.

Class III – Required for e-Tendering, e-Bidding, patent filings, and high-security transactions.

Employees Provident Fund (EPF) is a government-backed savings scheme managed by the Employees Provident Fund Organization (EPFO). It is designed to provide financial security and stability to employees after retirement. Mandatory for organizations with 20 or more employees, EPF registration must be completed within one month of reaching the employee threshold.
