We aim to deliver complete satisfaction with every service. Refunds may be considered in the following situations:
You paid but later decide not to proceed with the service.
There is a delay caused solely by Vexagrow beyond the promised timeline.
You are not satisfied with the quality of the delivered service.

Only the professional fee component is eligible for a refund.
Final approval of refunds is at the sole discretion of our senior management.
External factors like government delays, holidays, or force majeure are not grounds for refund.
Once approved, refunds will be processed within 48–72 working hours after bank details are received.
